Truck was dirty. Had someone’s toothpaste, jewelry, etc. left in it. Tried the check-in on the phone and the mileage was off so that took awhile to even get the truck. Transmission was not great but it worked. Drop off took awhile because the mileage thing electronically was messed up. Went to storage and code didn’t work. Supposed to get a lock and the guy said they were out and suggested we go to Walmart when the email clearly stated the lock was included.
