This is a small ship location and they are really kind kind patient and pretty wonderful. It was really easy to rent a U-Haul and super easy to drop it off because they have a 24 seven drop off where you can just come park the truck leave and drop the key in the door like a secret compartment. Thank you to their staff for being so wonderful.
ZULMA SNobody was at the business. They showed up 20 minutes later after we called UHaul. They were rude and unhelpful and did not speak English. I would not recommend this vendor ever.
MARCI MIt was excellent service and fast
bolormaa KThe truck lock was broken, it had barely any gas and we were given no instructions. We also had to walk through the back of the rental place to an alley, where we had to find a person to open the gate ourselves and get a Direct TV truck to move in order to leave. The rental place helped with none of this and are now trying to charge me for gas fees I should not pay. I would never go back.
