The customer service was friendly and great. The only detail that was off was the fuel at start wasn’t a half tank it was below. I returned the van at the same level and I believe I was charged slightly for not returning at a half tank level.

Weishan WI brought the truck to this location to find the parking lot full. I called and the woman told me to park at an address which was down the street in front of a residential house (nothing about this on app) then were told we need to return to the initial location to drop off keys. Annoying
