Horrible experience, the van wasn’t cleaned well, the laptop was filthy, and the U-Haul staff didnt even tell the company I returned the vehicle. Luckily i made a video of me returning the van.

The equipment was clean but they did not have all of the items we requested, including the basic add ons recommended. They said there was no dolly and left a broken dolly in the van. They should at least have a single working dolley and the basic recommended add ons.
ANDREW CWe have already instigated a complaint - please refer to reference 5390481. We discovered in starting the vehicle there was a tire pressure warning light which your representative had zero interest in addressing except to say “that must have been the last driver.” I don’t know why I am paying CDW or rental for what is a malfunctioning vehicle and it is irrelevant if there is roadside assistance. I would have preferred a vehicle that operates without warning lights when being rented. Your representive also was not able to answer our question of what fuel the vehicle used. His bizarre suggestion was to take it to a gas station and “they will know” - what a ridiculous notion. I do expect to be compensated for what was a truly poor experience overall. The questions we asked given the warning light situation and about the fuel were very reasonable and I object to renting a vehicle where tire safety is not taken seriously.
Nicholas WReceipt stated I should have been charged $59.18, but $141.58 was taken out of my account with no explanation. Not impressed with this.
