How U-Haul Reviews WorkVehicle was clean, whole process was quick and easy.
RITA BAll good, everything was easy. To rent a van. I will do it again
DIDIER FHorrible experience, the van wasn’t cleaned well, the laptop was filthy, and the U-Haul staff didnt even tell the company I returned the vehicle. Luckily i made a video of me returning the van.
RON AThe equipment was clean but they did not have all of the items we requested, including the basic add ons recommended. They said there was no dolly and left a broken dolly in the van. They should at least have a single working dolley and the basic recommended add ons.
