The seat cover is coming off on the driver side. The sunvisor is slightly broken. It would’ve been nice if someone would’ve told me that I was going to have a very rough ride for the first 10 miles as the wheels were frozen.
Dennis Fensure that staff do not add unauthorized charges to contracts. I explicitly declined the CDW (insurance), yet it was added without my consent. Furthermore, I booked and returned the vehicle within one hour (returned before 11:15 AM), but was incorrectly billed for two hours. Transparency in billing and respecting a customer’s refusal of optional coverage are essential. I am currently seeking a refund for these errors.

Premadasa EThe absolute worst day . 2 locations, no vehicles. I didn’t get to use Uhaul for its incompetence. First location was not even open, I had reserved a Uhaul since December 17th. No one would pick up, CS rebooked elsewhere, wasn’t able to access the online unlocking service. I was on the phone with CS for 57 minutes and when I finally got access to the lock box there was no keys inside, I lost hundreds of dollars in elevator locking, fines for moving after hours. Had to wake someone up to lend me their vans, uber costs. Everything was chaos. I slept 6 hours in the last two days. Wild end of 2025.
