I used their 15’ truck. The check in process was slow. The equipment was clean. However, it needs a major tuneup. I had issues changing gears specially the rear drive. The left side mirror cannot be adjusted and the engine light was on. Having said this, I recommend this place as the staff were very nice and helpful people
ALI KOn-line self check out service was poor. Waited for 1 hour and still was not be able to do it. The next day we get yelled at on the phone to return the key, it was a really bad experience with this location. Main customer service was very helpful, but at the location we were treated badly, aggressive and rude.
