We had pre-arranged pick-up for 9:30am before the shop opened at 10am, days earlier on the phone with U-Haul, but for some reason this was not activated when we went to pick up. So we called, and we had to wait until 10am because it hadn't been activated or something. Inconvenient experience especially as a first-time user, but overall went fine.
