There is no email confirmation that i already drod off the truck. We paid 64.13$ online but the subtotall is only 47$. No confirmation that we will receive the refund!

BARRY PThe customer service far outweighs the impossible parking situation. They were nice and check out was speedy. The van was clean and new. If you have someone drop you off then you are fine as the parking is very limited and the lot is filled with waiting cars. I would have preferred depot far closer to my first choice but they would not provide a van at that Broadway location. It made the extra step lengthy and I had to pay to go further.
SARAH BI don’t know who called asking when I would return the truck at 9:30am but that really upset me. Relax and you will get it back. I’m in the middle of a move, in the middle of traffic, heading to a place I have never been, in a way larger truck then I ever needed,
