AMY HThis U-haul location was convenient for my needs. However, the woman at the desk was unsmiling and extremely unfriendly. No eye contact. She informed me upon my arrival that I had arrived early which for some reason seemed to irritate her. She gave me some instructions at one point and I didn’t hear some of it so I asked her to repeat it which she did enunciating each word loudly as if she was an angry parent speaking to a child. Very demeaning. The overall experience was okay with the one glaring exception of the office personnel. I would say she was probably just having a bad day but in fact I was met with the same indifference and unfriendliness when I reserved the vehicle. I really felt that instead of giving her my business, I was in fact inconveniencing her. I would use U-haul in the future but some people just don’t belong in customer service positions.
