Moving is stressful as it is and that whole experience with my reservation made it ten times worse. I got to the location where I was supposed to pick up my truck, mind you I am in a hurry cause I am trying to move a lot of stuff. No one was at the office and no one was answering the phones. It is a gated community so I couldn’t just “go find my rental” like the app said to do. I had to sit there for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to come help me. My husband was about to cancel our whole reservation and go through someone else. The app is also irritating to navigate and the amount of steps it takes to verify who we are and what not, is just ridiculous. We will most likely not be going through U-Haul anymore due to this experience and we will definitely not be going through that place again.

It was perfect, can't think of anything to improve on, staff was fast friendly and helpful, I was impressed
KEVIN BTruck was ready before I got there. Everything was set to go. Even called me back because I left the truck there later at night and left my hat in the truck. It was good I had to go back because I left two blankets still in the bag at my house.
