I arrived just before pickup at the location on my pickup date and found the worker behind the counter looking like he just woke up...on a Thursday....at 10 a.m. His dog was barking in the other room and was really annoying. He checked us out, no problem, had the truck ready to go outside and then forgot to give us the key. I had assumed since he forgot to give us the key, it was just in the vehicle. It wasn't. So I went back in and he apologized and went to a box in the front, and pulled out a key for me. Wrong key. Then he said he would have to go look for the key. So I waited another 5-10 minutes for the correct key. And here he had pushed me to leave a google review right away for service, which I did. But I should have waited until the whole transaction was done. Drop off...no issues. Quick and easy.

DAVID WThe place where I had to return is not even open on Christmas Day. I returned the check on Christmas Day and they’re saying I didn’t return it till the next day. I didn’t even get to start using my truck until after 4 PM on the day that I picked it up so it’s justified that I would return it just after 4 PM on the day of my return. The fact that you charged me an extra day and checked it in the morning of the 26th is Ludacris. You should have cameras out there that show that I did return the truck and have a video showing that I returned the truck on the 25th.
