Reserved the truck on a Monday (7/14/25)in Mexico MO, got a call on Friday (7/18/25) that the truck wasn't available. Had to drive 40 miles out of the way to get the vehicle.

Ronald KTruck was not clean and I was accuse of damage from the prior rental. Also, I was told to fill the tank upon return when I left with around a 1/4 tank.
Paul RI've dropped off after hours before and submitted pics, all good and convenient. But was surprised that when I walked in at drop off they didn't care what I was leaving, or where I was putting it. It was more like uhaul used part of their parking lot and not that of a uhaul rental business. I guess it goes hand in hand with the no touch - don't care when I picked up. Either way ill use you services again.
