The agent was great. U Haul was horrible. U-Haul has the worst customer service of any company doing business in the USA.

The web site was slightly confusing. I went to uhaul. Com. Then was directed to download uhaul app. Then phone couldn't scan code on kiosk.

Joe KShowed up this location was a keypad location only it was difficult to figure out, the truck I ordered with 2 dollys and moving pads and they were not with the truck. Since it was a self service location pretty much I will not use one of them again, I will only go to a location were you speak to someone in an office. Avoids confusion and complication.
Kandice WNo one at the location to help first day ,had to go back second day because they said only one employee knew what to do..Lights didn't work,also no jack stand hooked to trailer had to lift 6'x12' by hand!
