You need to update your computer system. Linda tried so hard to find a return location in Boca Raton, FL but the computer only brought up locations south or north of my destination. She was on the phone with customer service and the calls kept dropping. After an hour and a half, we ended up choosing the "destination unknown" option. UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE!!! Also, give Linda a raise - she's the best and did everything she could despite your antiquated system. Also, I had to call around when I arrived in Boca Raton to find a location that would accept the car carrier.

FRANCIS KThe location was fine and the personnel helpful; however, it was not the location that I picked and I never received a phone call or email or text from UHAUL informing me of the change in my location and I found out when I went to my initial pick up location, which was highly inconvenient.
