Rosemarie RThe issue was I booked from your toll free number and the location that I was directed to for the equipment did not have the equipment. The person at the original location called another UHaul location on James Street, Attic Storage, who had the equipment. This cost me a drive and an hour of my time due to corporate UHaul's error. Not Happy
