The office was closed all day only allowing in app pick up and drop off the app wasn't working properly it took three phone calls and 45 mins to pick up a truck. And to top things off I was charged twice because of the app and I know have to wait for a dispute to get my money back.

THOMAS BLocation not open on Wednesday, I tried to get into the truck for over 30 minutes. I called support and they hung up on me! I was paying movers to stand in the parking area until I found internet service… it was a disaster, never again! Home Depot is much better!
