Pick up was fine but during my trip the change oil light came on about 60 miles into my trip, I had to stop 2xs to adjust tire pressure which caused me to drive an additional 18 miles out of my way not to mention the added stress of not having a properly maintained truck. when I returned ,same guys, had no interest in what i had to say, not even a sorry. At check out I asked if they took AAA and the guy wasnt sure and when I asked if he could find out all I got was attitude. I highly recommend using a different rental location.

We were trying to get the location of the mover and were on hold for over 20 minutes. We rented a dolly and pads and they were not there . The clerk refunded us the money.

Make sure you give the electric wiring plug enough slack so that it doesn't become disconnected. When making a sharp angle turn to back up the trailer the wiring plug became disconnected.

While traveling from Ventura CA To Chula Vista CA (San Diego) I Got a flat tire on the 405 Freeway 10 mins away from LAX . It took me almost an Hour to talk to a live person on the phone. and IT Almost 4 Hours to get help to change a Tire. You guys need Much Better Customer Service when it comes to get help in an Emergency on the Road.

I reserved a van online and it was ready when I got there. I was in and out with no hassles . When I returned the van the next day I didn't even have to go inside. And employee came out to me and was very nice. He looked as the gas gauge and mileage and gave me the final price which was less than expected, and I was on my way.. I will be renting the van again next week to finish helping me with my move. It's good to know tha renting a truck for a move is so easy, helping to take the stress out of moving. Thank you

I left my sunglasses in the truck I rented. They were given to me by my best friend two days before he passed away. I went back to get them and mestreriously not only are they not there the guy I thought I saw with them on his head disappeared with another employee. I called the office and the woman on the other end assured me about a call back and that never happened. No follow through nothing. And the last thing I had to remember him by, gone. So no I think I would be an advocate against you're store and corporation. Good day.

Although I made a reservation for a 10' moving van and was told I would receive a call/email verifying the van would be at the Ventura location at the appointed pick-up time, I did not receive a call or email and, when I arrived at the Ventura location, I was told that the van was at the Oxnard location. After several minutes, the representative was able to change the location to Ventura.

On this day maybe because it was labor day. It was so bad. Fist the line to the end of the door. One person at the desk helping a woman who should have had a picture book to explain. Her fault she held up entire line for about 30 minutes,at least. The two more works were there perfect. However after all that waiting get truck only to be blocked in by another customer who (get ready) waited for his brother to arrive so there were 4 customers who has to wait another 20 minutes to leave again not your fault. Only suggestion is that one of your employees should have had him move. Wasn't fair everyone had to wait. I don't mind waiting if it's necessary I have one leg and still don't mind. Letting a couple customers,alienate others not so much. Having said all that you haul is a great company with excellent service. Fist time having to wait almost a hour for a truck and to leave.NOT EMPLOYEE'S FAULT THEY WERE AWESOME AND WORKED HARD

Truck was fine. Interesting experience when the drop off. Dropped the truck off the night before around 6pm Sunday. Office was closed already. Parked behind other returned uhauls and put key in key drop. But, then I get a call in the morning, Monday, someone asking me when im dropping off the truck. Confused I call back the uhual number and it goes to a call center and they tell me the center cant locate the truck... it was parked next to their front door. Not sure how you miss a returned truck. Other than that I will rent again, but that was a bit of a hassle for me to have to call someone to tell them to look outside their facility to locate the truck that was returned the day before.
