We had to go back to a different location later that day because the hitch they put on was dragging on the floor. Please make sure the staff are properly trained. This was a major inconvenience and delayed the moving process by hours.

The truck cab smelled very strongly like air freshener and the back of the truck smelled like urine. On the car trailer, one of the wheel straps was torn and unusable. The car was strapped onto the trailer with one wheel strap.

The store location was great and I rate them well but your “tracking” center or call center is TERRIBLE! I had my reservation cancelled and spent 3 hrs all day off and on; on the phone with Ashley and was told my unit was not available. Later that night I spoke to the store directly where I made my reservation and it was. I’m waiting on a 50 credit to my account for this and yet to see it

Everything was great until returning the equipment. I almost had it parked in back of store and a guy came out to ask me to move it around front, no problem. I back out and moved it to front of store in one of your bays off of the street. Your employee walks up to me ask for keys while shaking his head and making it very apparent that it’s not where he wanted the truck ( being an asshole). I told him that it’s the only place it’ll fit without driving it out into on coming traffic on Thompson to get enough swing to make the turn into the other return bay. Whatever, gave him the keys and let him do his job. I don’t care what kind of mood employees are in but you never let that shine through while dealing with people that just spent 4 days packing and moving. We’re tired and just trying to get home to unpack. Other than that, I’m sure I’ll always be using you guys in the future.

Walking in, it took a while to be seen, both when checking out the van and returning it. I think it is simply understaffed, but it did take a while to be seen and do business. Still a nice place with nice people.

When a customer drops off equipment in the evening, the yard hand should check in the equipment at the time of drop off, not the following business day when the customer prompts the day hand to check in the equipment.

When your employees make a reservation and tell you they will call you when the truck arrives......and it should be around 1;00 pm and it's 3;00 pm and we call the customer service representative and they tell us the truck arrives at 1:45 pm.......not good customer service! And no apology was made.

I reserved a 26' truck weeks in advance and received several confirmation emails that my reservation was confirmed. A couple days before my move I received a call from Uhaul and was told no 26' truck was available, only a 20' truck. Well I had to take it b/c it was such short notice. I ended up leaving some large items behind. Isn't the point of a reservation to "hold" the truck requested especially when Uhaul sent me numerous confirmation emails? Fail!
