Was charged for 14 miles when there is absolutely no way I traveled more than 8 miles... Gas was not full, I had to sign off on the truck unseen. Never again.

During my drop-off it was announced a truck was just stolen when the female rep left the keys in the truck. Customers, especially a child, seemed nervous and I asked if the police were called. They said they were reviewing cameras to determine if the truck was truly stolen. He confirmed it was stolen. I called the police and the male rep told the police he could not give them the camera information nor the truck information contradicting what they were telling customers. I asked to be escorted to my car as I felt unsafe since they told the police not to come.

I picked up a cargo van, it was filthy. The excuse is "we cannot wash truck due to drought" which is crazy. All of us worried about water have a car washing truck with reclaimed water to do our own cars, why can't you? We searched through those cargo vans on the lot and they were all NASTY. You could tell the young girl helping me was embarrassed. She was very very nice. Second problem, I picked up a van with 1/4 tank of gas. I said it is normally full and I return full...not anymore. The fuel is what it is and you better be a good judge of gas mileage or like me you put too much and UHaul gets about $25 worth of free gas. What a ripoff! That happens 3 or 3 times a day and I bet you make more off free gas than the actual rental. I explained all of the above to the manager on duty and said I should receive some sort of credit. He said he would check with his boss and get back to me in A COUPLE OF DAYS???? I had to fill that van in the dark after I picked it up. It was at 1/4 of a tank and I have no idea how long that will last. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY OLD FAITHFUL CLEAN AND FRIENDLY UHAUL???????????

Great Job U Haul ! Great Value ! Great Service ! Now be even greater, allow your employees an additional (2) floating days off per year. We all recognize at times it maybe nessasary to work 6-7 days a week, but not consistently, without a break in sight. Please consider my request as only a suggestion and my opinion is based on limited knowledge of UHaul’s Employees work requirements.

An access panel in the floor was a hazard. The week rivets broke when the panel was stepped on at the beginning of our moving evolution.

Not a thing everything was perfect and the staff was outstanding.

Staff unable to explain unexpected extra rental charges during check-out. Dirty / smudged windshield made night-driving unsafe. The truck was otherwise in good shape.
