I was NOT happy with my drop-off experience. First of all, the U-Haul app told me to drop off my trailer on Christmas Day, but the facility was going to be closed, so I attempted to drop it off on Christmas Eve. Their website and phone recording said they closed at 4 pm. I drove over at 2 pm, and they were already closed. I called them and left several voicemails stating I need to drop off the trailer because I had flights early morning on 12/26 and can't return the trailer that day. I also called U-Haul on 12/24 and 12/25, but no one answered. My only option was to change my flights so I could return the trailer on 12/26, which I did. Second, on 12/24, when I was outside the drop-off location, I attempted to do a keyless return via the app. I was only able to upload the required photos, then closed my transaction. There was no central gate opening, and I was, of course, not going to dump the trailer outside the facility and have it stolen. So again, my only option was to change my flights so I could return the trailer on 12/26. I AM NOT HAPPY and request a full refund.

We were running late and the person who worked there stayed late to assist us.
ROBERT BThe truck smelled horrible like urine and feces. There was also a desk in the truck when I picked it up so while I only had a short drive to pick up 2 things I had to make multiple trips because it didn't fit due to the space that was being taken up by the desk already being stored in the truck by the rental folks. Then charged me an extra 30 for miles which feels like scam bc had they not left the desk in there I wouldn't have had to make 2 trips. Nobody called me back when I tried to contact them to discuss the issue. Poor business, never going back.
