How U-Haul Reviews WorkSuch a helpful nice man working there
Jay CThe clerk on the front desk was very helpful. He hooked up the auto trailer and took a photo promptly. Very efficient for a small dealer.
Mark wSuper easy, very friendly service.. 100% recommend this location.. :)
Lindsay YI know we are in a new era of technology, but the process is stressful and complicated. I rented a truck and also hired 2 guys for 3 hours. I went to pick up the truck, and the process wasn't easy, it is hard to think under pressure and or under the hot sun, without anybody to help you. In this process I made so many phone calls, and waited for a long time, and the help I obtained wasn't that helpful. The money was charged to my american Express card, but the guys never called nor showed up. so I was stuck with a truck and no helpers. I don't recommend this experience to anybody. Nobody was able to find out what the problem was. We ended up struggling a lot to complete the process. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
