Keith RI was NOT happy with my drop-off experience. First of all, the U-Haul app told me to drop off my trailer on Christmas Day, but the facility was going to be closed, so I attempted to drop it off on Christmas Eve. Their website and phone recording said they closed at 4 pm. I drove over at 2 pm, and they were already closed. I called them and left several voicemails stating I need to drop off the trailer because I had flights early morning on 12/26 and can't return the trailer that day. I also called U-Haul on 12/24 and 12/25, but no one answered. My only option was to change my flights so I could return the trailer on 12/26, which I did. Second, on 12/24, when I was outside the drop-off location, I attempted to do a keyless return via the app. I was only able to upload the required photos, then closed my transaction. There was no central gate opening, and I was, of course, not going to dump the trailer outside the facility and have it stolen. So again, my only option was to change my flights so I could return the trailer on 12/26. I AM NOT HAPPY and request a full refund.
