I ordered a dolly to help with the loading/unloading, but the truck did not contain the equipment. Not only that, but when I called to try to find a resolution (a dolly to pickup somewhere), the closest one was almost 2 hours out of the way. I had very limited help, and this made the job exceptionally harder. Unacceptable.
