No issues
Michael TThere was no signage and gates were all locked. Road very busy and no place to pull over with a trailer. It took me several minutes to find an office. I had to take trailer to locked gate and wait for the attendant to open. He made me back it in to a parking spot. Not a huge problem for me but I can imagine it being difficult for a casual hauler.

Ramona CI came to the window at the main I provided the lady with my contract. She said she didn’t need it and told me to bring the trailer about a block down the road into this dirt lot where the other trailers were located.. 24 hours later my trailer was still not logged into the system as dropped off. I had a feeling nothing was done so I called customer service and they took care of it for me. Thank you. Customer service.. I would not recommend Mike’s garage. Hopefully there’s another U-Haul locations in the area.
