I mistook the U-Haul location on Queens St for the location on Dunedin (a few blocks away). The staff member at Queens said I had to take the vehicle to a U-Haul location on Topaz Avenue, which was a nightmare. Literally dozens of people were standing in line or waiting outside for assistance by only a few staff members, who looked exhausted. I honestly will never, ever go to the Topaz location again. Thankfully, the Happy Roads site contacted me while I was waiting at the Topaz location for assistance and I was able to drive over to their location nearby. The Happy Roads location were exceptionally kind and patient. I would happily use them again if I ever needed to do this again.

We called the 800 number requesting a 10 foot truck but the reservation said a 15 foot. However, the gentleman at U Haul was excellent and was able to provide us with a 10 foot truck! Overall a great experience!

I will never rent again from Uhaul. I reserved a Cargo van to pick it up after this truck. However my reservation location changed for 20 km distance. No one told me before and I was in a very difficult situation and I missed a very important appointment. Hopefully there is another company across the Street. I rented from them and I will do it again with them for sure.

While the back of the cargo van was clean, the windshield likely had not been cleaned for a year?, the service from Jason was very good!, but the printer was broken (no contract so photo of contract on computer screen), the visa machine was broken so info only entered into the u-haul system on-line, AND really messy and not clean office area. No additional equipment available, like the dolly I needed. To repeat, the service from Jason was great! Also, at the Topaz location that I dropped into today at about 1pm to rent a pickup to help my 86 year old mother.....of course no pre-thought by me that this was last full weekend before end of month,,,,.....Cristopher and young lady (sorry I cannot remember her name) REALLY have a I great sense of customer service and are definite assets for that branch, and found me a last minute truck. Good news my mom has a power recliner to assist her hip/broken ribs etc. because the store delivery would not be until Wednesday. Thank you for helping me.

You incorrectly put the amount of gas that was originally in the tank and as soon as I got down the block the gas light came on - I went to drop it off and realized you marked it as over a QUARTER tank - I had to fill it up or pay the penalty, when I called your location to let you know what was happening you ignored my calls and never returned them. The vehicle was dirty and had a broken side mirror. Extremely poor service.

We had a bit of a delay in getting the truck as the miles logged in the computer as well as the recorded fuel level was quite a bit off. We got it sorted out, but it added an extra half hour to our wait. Minor inconvenience.

Called in to change my reservation to the next day, your rep ed me equipment not available and would have to rebook a new reservation. Call center rep had very poor cs skills after explaining my needs of use for hauling a container made for a small flatdeck truck she proceed to ask how many bedrooms I'll be moving. After explaining again and the original reservation is for a truck and open cargo trailer to move my cargo placed the res. for just the truck. I should have double checked but the 1st res. correct so I assumed it would be fine even after I had to make sure she cxld the 1st res. (hope you recorded the call) anyway Edward at the store was empathetic and helpful guess if I deal with your company again I will go to a dealer. Regards Larren Odland

At the Dunedin location, DON'T DO ANYTHING! You can't improve/fix something that isn't broken. This gentleman's service and the location here was exceptional. The service, the attitude, the cleanliness, the professionalism, all exceptional. This location should win an award. After being to 3 different location prior to this place, as well as being on hold and speaking to many a CSR the days and months before and dealing with all the other locations, and having horrible, unfriendly, and unprofessional service, I suggest you clone the Dunedin location and make it the standard in which Uhaul lives by! I'm SERIOUS!

your online booking system is a disaster. Frequent calls routed to faraway locations to people who can't help. Loved being able to call a local number and talk to a person who could actually help, and did not take up an hour of my time.

Too far out Hard to get by bus Spoke chinese most of the time Not nessecarely welcome Advised me not to donate couple of bucks to charity “tree..” because it is too much work for them paper-wise...! I paid with a debit card and was asked the day after to come back for a partia refund , and discovered that i was not needed in fact ! Cheap and quick but not realky to recommend

I'm not renting from you guys again. Reserved online got times switched 4 times then are 2 hours late deliver vehicle. this location doesn't stock dollies. just made my move awful

When I picked up the vehicle there was no furniture dolly as reserved. When I went to drop off the vehicle I showed up about 850am as it said on their website that they were open at 830am and it was not open. I called the U-haul assistance line and the clerk stated that there was 24 hour drop off available, but wasn't able to locate a lockbox or any signs stating how to return the equipment after hours. Just as I was about to lock up the vehicle and leave someone showed up and allowed me to return the vehicle. The person who assisted seemed to take a great deal of time opening her shop instead of assisting a customer that expected her shop to be open with no apologies whatsoever.

My UHaul corespondent Edward Zhu, appeared to have no interest in helping me pick up my UHaul truck. Unfortunately, my experience with his pick up location was the most difficult step in my entire moving process.

Office workers seemed stressed and confused by the U Haul booking system. Payment took twenty minutes to complete due to staff not being sure/able to process a debit card. There was also a general unwillingness to allow an after hours drop off at this facility, and no walk-through of the equipment was performed when I accepted the van. Will likely avoid using this facility and stick to the main U Haul lot going forward.
