We had booked the day before check in and got confirmation by phone from uhaul company. Unfortunately the employee were not ready and after 45 minutes we went back of the building so far to pick up the truck. Waste of time!

Truck was dirty, our sofas got messed up and our beds Hard to return the truck after hours, no drop box for keys had to return to store in the morning

Elfrune CI was pre-booked, but the app wouldn’t complete the inputs on site, and the clerk was unable to release the vehicle. He phoned the manager, who came from home to help me. He was very attentive, and had everything taken care of within minutes
