I was pre-booked, but the app wouldn’t complete the inputs on site, and the clerk was unable to release the vehicle. He phoned the manager, who came from home to help me. He was very attentive, and had everything taken care of within minutes

Megan CAdded charges without consulting me, did not provide a copy of the contract that showed the charges. The equipment was too short for the job. When returned within 2 hours, they charged me 125 dollars for driving 14km, including charges for added insurance which I declined in the booking. Staff on site did not want to discuss the issues with the booking at all, will not use this service again.
