The Mega Mart location is in a rundown part of town, I did not feel comfortable picking up the truck from this location. Lots of druggies & homeless people in this area. The guy behind the till did not understand what to do in terms of how to process the order. It took a long time to go through the process. Instructions to locate the truck were unclear as it was actually located 2 blocks from the Mart & when I got there is was locked behind a chain link fence, with access unclear. Eventually I was able to pick it up but This location is not good for the U-haul brand.

Appreciate that the staff were chill! Was easy to pick up. I had to extend the uhaul and the person I talked to was super nice and helpful!
Racheal DI have no complaints, I was treated well and the vehicle was new, traveled from Victoria to Manitoba and all was good. Very impressed actually.
Stacey WWe had booked the day before check in and got confirmation by phone from uhaul company. Unfortunately the employee were not ready and after 45 minutes we went back of the building so far to pick up the truck. Waste of time!
Fatemeh STruck was dirty, our sofas got messed up and our beds Hard to return the truck after hours, no drop box for keys had to return to store in the morning
