Promptness and staff knowledge could be improved. It seemed that only the husband was familiar with the entire process. When I arrived, the wife was the only one at the outlet, and I had to wait about 45 minutes for assistance, which was a significant waste of time on my end. Although they kindly allowed me to extend my rental period to make up for the delay, it still disrupted my schedule. I also reserved a dolly cart, but it was not available at this outlet. I had to travel to the nearest U-Haul location to pick one up and wait again. It would have been much better if they had checked my reservation beforehand and advised me that the dolly cart was not available at their location. Overall, the experience could have been much smoother with better preparation, communication, and knowledge of the reservation details.

The Mega Mart location is in a rundown part of town, I did not feel comfortable picking up the truck from this location. Lots of druggies & homeless people in this area. The guy behind the till did not understand what to do in terms of how to process the order. It took a long time to go through the process. Instructions to locate the truck were unclear as it was actually located 2 blocks from the Mart & when I got there is was locked behind a chain link fence, with access unclear. Eventually I was able to pick it up but This location is not good for the U-haul brand.

Racheal DI have no complaints, I was treated well and the vehicle was new, traveled from Victoria to Manitoba and all was good. Very impressed actually.
Stacey WWe had booked the day before check in and got confirmation by phone from uhaul company. Unfortunately the employee were not ready and after 45 minutes we went back of the building so far to pick up the truck. Waste of time!
