There was only one person available so they had to manage the store and our rental. We had booked two moving dollies but only 1 was with the truck, but otherwise it was OK.
robert mUsually you return a vehicle full of gas. It only had 1/4 tank, so I luckily took a picture of the mileage and gas which saved a lot of trou8ble. Maybe if you do not a policy of full tank, inform the customer to do the same, take a picture.
