KELSEY LThe drop off location fraudulently charged me for $13 in fuel. When I clearly checked to see if the fuel level was where it was when I picked it up. Which it was. I called the local uhaul number to complain. To which they refused to help me with the situation.
CHRISTOPHER LMan helping customers does not provide information and answers most questions with a yes or no. Could not wrap his head around the reservation being made by someone other than the driver. Difficult to locate because it is a grocery store. Location does not have the right size trucks, all of vancouver island is actually lacking on truck size variety for one way trips.
