Easy, but I tried to get help at the desk and no one came after I rang the bell twice
MARCK AHe had me waiting for an hour just to get the truck, so now an hour was gone and I get I still paid for it.
ROGER KFront desk staff had no idea what they were doing but also the manager. I reserved a 1 day one-way rental but spent an hour with them arguing because they said I could only do a 2 day rental for a one-way trip. The manage even said he had to pay for 2 days when he did a one-way rental...complete lie because eventually they managed to fix what ever mess they created.
FINE VAgent was alone and unable to help with hookup. A tongue jack onsite would have been most helpful. The entire process took over one hour. Agent, while as helpful as possible, was clearly unfamiliar with the rental process.
