I WANT MY PROPER REFUND AND A NORMAL RECEIPT.
Anthony LI reserved a van from one location for a 9 am pickup however the location did not open until 10. I had to call U-Haul to switch my reservation to a different location which took an hour. The second location was fine but I was delayed an hour I’m not satisfied with the reservation process
