The gentleman who assisted us was loud, and rude. He was noticeably high‑strung throughout the interaction. Goin' Postal was fitting. He didnt appreciate questions and kept interrupting. He also failed to explain an important detail: even though we rented the vehicle for 24 hours, there would be a $20 service fee if we returned it after hours. This information was never communicated upfront. Because of this unexpected fee, we were forced to cut our rental short and return the vehicle five hours early. The lack of transparency and the unprofessional behavior made the experience very disappointing.

Danny GWe dropped off the trailer used for car transport on Monday afternoon, I received a text saying we had not dropped off I called the 1-800 number and apparently after calling the Vidor location it had just not been checked in, problem was solved.
