Changed my pickup location farther away from where i need to go, then changed the drop off location midday as im driving the truck which again is further away. It’s all a gimmick to put more miles on the truck and get charged for it. Not to mention i lost $60 worth of fuel in your truck. when i got the truck it had under half a tank, i filled it not wanting to run out of fuel but it ended up only using an 1/8 of a tank. So i returned your truck with 3/4 more of gas than when i received it.

I would recommend solely because it's convenient. Other than convenience it isn't what it is advertised. I have my own car insurance...but even though I declined the extra coverage, they charge me for it anyway ...every time. I don't understand why it's an option if I'm going to get charged regardless. The trucks are advertised for $20 per day. But $1.99 per mile( which is crazy considering i have to fill the tank back up also), extra coverage and fees. So for a 24-hour rental and driving 80 miles I was charged $180 . That may not seem like a lot but when the impression is a $20 rental that's a huge gap.

ERSKINE FI was charged a $250 damage fee for absolutely no reason at all. The truck was returned in the same condition that I received it in. Furthermore there was no information given about the type of damage they're claiming that I caused.
