I was under the impression that I could return the u haul to any location. Like my family member did the week before but for some reason this time this was not the case. I was charged $304 extra on top of the original $120 I spent to rent it. I returned it same day like I agreed to in my contract and thought I was done. I got a text message three days later telling me it’s time to return the u haul truck. When I had returned the truck same day. Would not recommended or ever use U Haul again.

STANLEY SCouldn’t have been easier and more cost effective. The van was driver friendly with great mpg. Great folks at the store. We had a 300 mi round trip and our van was safe and comfortable to travel in.
