At drop off, my reservation couldn’t be found. It was suggested I call U-Haul to make sure I wasn’t charged for wrong drop off location. When I called U-Haul, they couldn’t find my reservation. Unbelievable

EDWARD GOnly issue was location was switched from one I had selected via reservation in app and no notice that it was changed was provided.
THOMAS LI did all my check in online but still had to go inside and wait in line to get the keys.
