Make sure you have what the customer ordered and don't try to get them to go grab the items YOU missed from other locations, which in turn costs ME money to waste gas driving from spot to spot. At least try to reimburse SOME money.
Trio JLock box was in bad shape- the gates were locked and it was super confusing to get in
