If there's any information that the location is supposed to pass on to the customer they should do so. I was suppose to get a email to inspect the truck and dolly but I never received one and was only told to inspect the license plate to insure I was picking up the Wright equipment and that's what I did now I'm being charged for a signal light that's missing.

Sonya AWe got there a few hours before dark and of course they were closed. A man asked us to go somewhere else to drop off our u-haul truck and trailer. We told him no, this was the drop of area we were told to go to in our contract. The man left - offered no help.
