I rented the biggest trailer U-Haul offers. Upon pickup, the staff were so friendly and they took 2 strong men to attach the trailer to the hitch. Upon me dropping off my trailer at this location, they (1) didn’t have any record of my rental, (2) once I showed her my paperwork, she said “ok you’re good to go”. I reminded her that this is hooked onto my car and needs to be disconnected, which takes 2 strong people and I am a small woman I can’t take this 1000 lbs off by myself. She replied “well it’s not in your U-Haul contract for us to help you remove the trailer!” What?! I needed to ask specifically for help removing the trailer that U-Haul put ON? So I told her that there is no way I am strong enough to take this off by myself. She then walked off without saying anything. I stood there for a moment and she came back and told me she first wanted me to back the trailer up into an angled parking space, in between two cars, sandwiched in between a parking lot car wash and the side of a busy gas station. I told her that I am not that skilled in backing up a trailer, sideways, in between two cars. She said “just try your best, come on let’s go!” So I tried but of course was unable to get the right angle, so I got out of the car and asked her to please help me!! There was a car wash right next to me with huge blowers on it so she couldn’t hear a word I was saying, then when I repeated myself she said stop yelling at me, she went and got her dad and he came out trying to scold me for yelling. Anyone who knows me knows that I am the most calm and meek person so I was shocked. I told him that I am very frazzled right now and all I want is for someone to help me, that’s it. He then says that U-Haul doesn’t remove their own equipment because of liability issues. Liability issues?? I paid for the extra insurance first of all and second of all, what about the liability of me hurting myself by trying to lift up a trailer by myself?! The guy finally went over and asked an employee of the car wash to help him. Once he did that. I left. All of that could have been avoided by just offering to be helpful in the first place. Never have I been treated like that from another woman in my life. I will never recommend this place. They should not represent U-Haul by any means.

ADAM GThis truck had a broken door I pulled my back muscle lifting it when o called to have it repaired they send out a guy who couldn't fix it but stated he did and not to mention it delayed my trip this was an awful experience that mean the truck was not inspected before it was rented to me
Joel SEquipment needs to be fully operational. I was overcharged for milebage, 42 instead of 25, odometer not correct. Was told by clerk that truck has been problematic when I returned it.
