This guy was a life saver. We had a reservation at the Woodlake Dr location that was made a week in advance. We get to location they gave it away and had nothing to rent us even though they had other trucks "reserved" they said they couldn't give one to us. If not for this gentleman at the BP station who was very friendly and helpful moving would've been a nightmare.

My reservations were to pick up my truck at 7am. No one at the location was there. They did not show up until 8:15am. The clerk told me they open at 8am. Online says 7am.
