Pleasant customer service and easy hook-up
Jeff MI misplaced my furniture blankets but they closed my initial reservation and created new reservation only for furniture pads and they charged me 107$ ..
Shashi JThis is gas station and the attendant didn’t know anything. We had to figure out how to hook it up to the truck and it had one chain missing. Also some damage on it. He said all he had to do was take a picture after we hooked the auto transport up. Virginia Beach is a money grab joke!!!!!!
Carl MThis guy was a life saver. We had a reservation at the Woodlake Dr location that was made a week in advance. We get to location they gave it away and had nothing to rent us even though they had other trucks "reserved" they said they couldn't give one to us. If not for this gentleman at the BP station who was very friendly and helpful moving would've been a nightmare.
