You moved my reservation from a 5 minute drive from my house to a 45 minute drive. When I got there the truck keys weren’t in the U-Haul boxes so I couldn’t pick up my truck. It was 20 below outside and you said I could wait an hour for someone to show up and help or drive another 2 hours for a different truck. The truck also had barely any gas and I had to fill it before I could even get out of town. Luckily the guy who worked there got there as fast as he could and was super helpful when he arrived.

Customer service was b.s. had to call 4 times when truck was returned..early return as well. Every time I called it was said it's taken care of..it never was til the 4th call..I rented it the 19th and wasn't taken care of the 24th..telling me truck hasn't been returned..will not EVER use this place again nor will I ever refer!! Review should offer very very poor service and redo your app. Where people can figure it out!!!!

Jesse WWas a remote site. They didn't have the furniture pads or the appliance dolly I ordered. Owner ended up coming out and bringing about half the furniture pads I ordered and then I had to go to a different rental place to get the furniture dolly. He did throw in some bubble wrap because it took awhile to get us our stuff.
