Was a remote site. They didn't have the furniture pads or the appliance dolly I ordered. Owner ended up coming out and bringing about half the furniture pads I ordered and then I had to go to a different rental place to get the furniture dolly. He did throw in some bubble wrap because it took awhile to get us our stuff.

Darrin BThe process was terrible took 20 mins at pickup and at least 25 to return!!! For someone who does this type of thing all the time. Rentals , reservations, apps. This was by far the worst experience and will try any other option before doing this app rental again. Equipment was great….experience was terrible.
Jack LRemote pickup only! Worker on site sent me 5 miles away to Armory Shell u-haul, (same owner) and said we can't help you go back and call 800 number. After several transfers on the phone a worker had me set up in 2 minutes.
