The after hours return process needs better clarity. I downloaded the UHaul app and struggled to find anything helpful there. I also tried the U Haul.com via the provided QR code and did not get guidance on checking in the vehicle when I returned it.

Douglas SI think it is absolutely ridiculous that I made a reservation 3 months ago with the intention of picking up the u haul in Lacrosse WI and having to pick it up in viroqua, wi. When I called to dispute this issue I was told I would not have to pay for the extra mileage and there was nothing that could be done!! No shit, why would I be Charged to drive an hour out of my way??
