Eddie WThere's nothing to improve everything is perfect great customer service the U-Haul truck was clean and we had a awesome person who attend to us Michael was awesome he has so much experience all the way around tell him thank you for greeting us with a small and with respect tell him we said thank you we're coming back again in June and we want to have him to wait on us
RONALD RI had problems returning the truck using the app but I called and customer service was wonderful.
