Connor was great. The actual process through uhal was abysmal. Terrible service over the phone trying to rectify a billing issue. Everytime attempts to fix, the price went up. 1 star for uhaul.

UHaul’s scheduling as usual was a complete disaster that put me as the customer and the employee at Ideal Self Storage in a bad spot at the last minute and made things stressful and difficult. Luckily the people at Ideal Self Storage were sympathetic and helped as much as possible
