As soon as I departed the facility, the trailer was making noise. I just thought because it was empty that was the reason. When we loaded up the trailer, we drove about 1.5 hours north and found that the tire was bald on one side and "bubbled". we called road assistance and finally about 4.5 hours later we did get some help. We missed our reservation for a hotel and had to pay for a night not used. I have left a message as soon as we were completed with the rental but NO ONE HAS CALLED OR EMAILED on this issue. I have been a very good customer and feel that when something goes wrong, UHAUL does not want to deal with it. Terrible.
THOMAS LI was given a truck that wouldn’t even change gears, received a new one now I’m being told I drive 180 miles when I barely went 10 miles !!!! I’ve never had this experience with uhaul before renting from ideal storage !!!!
