Have the truck full with fuel. I received the truck with less than half a tank. I was also charged for mileage because I had to drive the truck from Wading River to Hampton Bays before driving to my final destination

19 foot truck had no AC and shook strongly when applying the brakes at 50mph and above
NEIL AWe had to wait 15-20 minutes till someone got there to check out van to me. Plus the back was dirty and the front cup holders ha a sticky substance in them.
DAVID BI did not have time to take pictures due to having to do a quick move hence the reason for the rental but it was dirty inside. Dirt all over the floor. Windows were dirty particularly the passenger side. Seems loke it was not cleaned inside or out,loose change on floor. Pick up and drop off location had large plastic rubber mats next to van driver door,during daylight was able to avoid, dropping off at my stated time was not as easy due to poor lighting, trip hazard. Is the location responsible for cleaning truck? Does Uhaul do frequent checks of rental locations?
