WALTER HWe weren’t told to take a picture of the truck by the location’s worker before we left and by the time a text was sent out we had already left the location. When we tried taking the picture, the link was expired. We called customer service to send us another link and that one was also expired.
AIDAN OEverything was great! The only complaint I have is there was some kind of overspray splattered on the windshield, like armor all or something like that. I didn’t even really notice it, though, until I was driving headed west and the sun was shining in.
TARA JLocation was very helpful with pickup and return. They hooked the trailer to my pickup truck and removed it from my pickup truck at return. Very kind and courteous employees. Thank you for your help. Everything was exactly as booked on your website.
