The owner and his assistant were superb. They helped me with setting up the hitch ball assembly correctly and showed how to make the connections. I sincerely appreciate them for making sure I was fully comfortable with everything.

SHAWNIECE DI declined the SafeMove coverage when booking my rental, however it was added back when I tried to book moving assistance. Please make sure that the automated booking system doesn't alter rental equipment reservations when adding additional services!
