It to the guy 3 days to check the vehicle back in!? And now I'm being charged for damage that was there when I dropped off. I don't see that to be be right

Dropped off after hours. Construction on road made it difficult to get to. (Not locations fault)

Brian PWe got there, no one was in the office or on the premisses. I had to call Uhaul in Muskogee to help me. After waiting over an hour we were finally told to load our own trailer up. Got the trailer loaded up and an hour into our haul we were pulled over by a cop because the running lights on the trailer were not working. Worst experience ever. Should have been given my money back.
DELAINA HPerson running the location was not on sight. Called the posted number and he said he would be there in a few minutes. Appointment was for 9 am. He showed up at 9:25. Was not friendly or apologetic.
