Need to give props to Lei! She is very customer-focused and patient when I called from out of state with a ton of questions about the size of truck needed; ramps and more. It isn't so much that she knows all of the options, dimensions, etc. Lei takes care of the customer. It seems like that is a lost art, but she is a gem. We will rent again from Wahawa because of Lei. Thank you!

Xavier TThe registration and safety check were expired from January 2025 and November 2025. Truck was not cleaned prior to my pick up. Truck ran very rough. The hidden add ons is an unpleasant surprise when you’re advertising $30 per day. Having to refill the gas PLUS pay for the mileage you drive is very deceiving. I paid over $200 for a truck that wasn’t street legal, and used for less than half a day.
