Not only are they closed on the day I was to drop off but there was no information, office or person to take in the truck too. Contacted by phone and they told me to just leave it. I do not like that at all. No accountability on conditionof the truck. I will never just leave it again.

19 miles from my original rental pick up location. Truck was very very dirty on exterior. Thousands of bugs on windshield and entire front of truck. Original request for hand cart was not available. Gave me an appliance dolly instead which was heavy bulky and not necessary.
