CHARLES TI would not recommend this location. The staff had an attitude from the start and immediately told me they don’t assist with attaching the tow dolly because they’re “not allowed” to, even though every other U-Haul I’ve used does. I have a heart condition, and yet I was left to do their job myself. The entire experience was extremely stressful, unprofessional, and disappointing.
CECIL KMake sure that when reservations are set up for customers that it's done right was having difficulties trying to pay and confirm mine so took longer than usual but the representative on the phone was amazing I give her an A+.
