The office told me to back the trailer up to an open space--but there was not an open space, and despite how much room they have, did not offer a convenient place to pull into with a trailer. Plus, I very out-of-practice at backing a trailer. The office person said if someone directs me would I back into a space; I said I would try. The first guy who came out saw that there were no spaces, went back in. After several minutes, someone else came out (a young man who looked Hispanic); he moved some other U-Haul equipment to make room and was very helpful, even backing my truck up for me.
