Reservations were made in advanced by U-Haul website, the day of rental pick-up, I instructed my wife to stay in our vehicle due to the entrance / office was not clean nor presentable. Inside was not clean, food -drinks on the customer counter, the smell of bug spray and the empty Raid can left outside by the entrance door. The next delay for 30 minutes was NO internet to connect with U-Haul. Finally left, on return Saturday 10/11/25 at 11:45 AM no one on site, left U-Haul, placed Keys in drop box - documented all by photos with Time Date stamp. Two days later U-Haul call center calling regarding if I have retuned the U-Haul; so, I am tasked to protect myself by multiple calls and emails for the return, U-Haul call center has resolved the rental. This facility requires an Audit to meet U-Hauls standards for customer service and professionalism
Michael DI was surprised to see how clean the truck was after going into the office. The young man working was very pleasant and helpful and the truck was clean and ready for me on time. The only complaint or suggestion is that the property and office be kept a little tidier. I will definitely use this location for all of my future rental needs though.
