The truck cabin was extremely dirty it smelled like a wet dog and was covered in dog hair. I paid for and reserved the truck but was not able to drive it until after the location was closed. It was disgusting!

When reserving I was understanding the trailer would be in canton, but upon arriving there was sent to Waleska. I was later contacted about whether or not I was going to pick up the trailer which I was currently using. The organization and communication was a little less than desired

When I arrived the man behind the counter refused to help me hook the trailer up. He told me that unless I could get someone to come help me he would not rent me the trailer. Because I am a women he said I would be unable to hook up the trailer myself and needed to call someone to come help otherwise he would not let me rent the trailer. I had to call my dad to had to leave his job to come hook it up. I had to wait an hour for him to get there. The guy behind the counter did not even bother to check to make sure it was hooked up correctly or inspect the trailer to ensure it was safe. All around it was a horrible experience and cost my dad, myself and everyone helping me move a significant amount of time and money. This is unacceptable and I felt personally attacked.
